Every once in a while, I'll take a class, try a product, go to a club or restaurant, etc. that I like to either rant or rave about. These don't exactly fit into the 'review' category, so you'll find all of those here. If there's anything you want me to try or do, drop me a line and I'll check it out!

An Emmy, an Altice All-Star award - and a little thing called COVID-19. But we made the most of it!

Great for all ages and fitness levels, this Ridiculous Obstacle Challenge is a 5K with 12 Wipe Out-style obstacles. The race came to New York, in Brooklyn, on Sept. 13.

I can complain and air my grievances without anyone stopping me this one day a year! Enjoy my rants for 2014!

Traveled to Maine & St. Lucia. Ashley turned 16, and so much more in 2019!

It’s the Disney classic with more songs. OK, it’s actually pretty different, with different song lyrics and even different characters. But it’s still pretty amazing, with a great set and sparkly costumes. And the flying carpet really is the best part. Seen April 12, 2014 at 2 p.m.

The 20/20 Experience is just as fantastic and high-energy as JT’s earlier tours. After postponing the 02/19 concert, Justin came out and brought it with songs from his new album and older classics. Seen Feb. 21, 2014 at Madison Square Garden.

The third season of American Horror Story follows witches and witchcraft from the 1800s to current day. A special school in New Orleans allows young girls to hone their skills and learn how to protect themselves. The show airs Wednesdays on FX.

Backstreet’s back at Jones Beach. Slightly disappointing, but still fun none-the-less. They still entertain with simplistic, yet entertaining, dance moves and catchy tunes. Seen August 13, 2013 at Jones Beach with Jesse McCartney and DJ Pauly D.

As a self-proclaimed Fal Pal, it’s only right that I weigh in on Jimmy replacing Jay Leno on the Tonight Show! Find out how I feel (it might not be what you think!).

Bands from 25 years ago up until 1 year ago got together for one weekend at Hershey Stadium for the 2013 Mixtape Festival. Presented by VH1, some private VIP performances included the Jonas Brothers and Hanson. Seen July 27, 2013.

It’s that time of year again. Fall TV. Some of my favorites are coming back in the next few weeks, some in January. Here are just a few!

Another year over, another year wiser. That pretty much sums up 2014. I learned a lot this year. And once I learned to let go, I opened myself up to an amazing year and new experiences.

Our favorite 80s boy band is back at it again, performing hits and making the ladies swoon. Groups Boyz II Men and 98 Degrees open completing this Package Tour. Seen June 14, 2013 at the Verizon Center in DC.

Another year older, another year wiser and another year done. Lots of good things happened this year, despite my ‘odd year curse.’ Some bad things happened, but not enough to outweigh the good. AND, I actually met a lot of my goals for 2013, so go me!

Despite weird muffled audio and the cancelation of Owl City, Maroon 5 put on an amazingly entertaining show at Madison Square Garden. Filled with songs from their most recent album, as well as the classics, Adam Levine led the group through a sold-out audience. Seen Feb. 16, 2013.

Another year has come and gone. 2012 was a pretty good year. Read my resolutions and fun things that happened in the past year!

How disappointing! If you want to see a theater show set to Madonna songs, see her in concert. If you want to wait almost three hours to see your favorite pop star washed up, by all means, waste your money. Seen on Nov. 13, 2012.

If you love all things movies, seeing behind the scenes of where your favorite stars work and great movie rides, then save up your funds and head to Universal in Hollywood, it’s worth it, especially the latest ride, Transformers 3-D.

Seen with Carolina Liar on August 21, 2012, the Fray was amazing, but kind of brought the place down. Clarkson soon brought the stadium back up with her fun, poppy tunes, including her hits and some covers.

If you’re looking for a good deal, don’t mind being rushed to sign a deal and then waiting to sign the rest of the paperwork, get your car here. Avoid the service department though.

This year for the 2012 MTV VMAs, I decided to live blog, up to the minute. Read my comments on the performances, introductions and outfits! And of course, get all the winners right here!

Check out this Garden City Park restaurant for some homestyle cooking, delish seafood or just to grab a beer and watch a game!

This resort and spa is in the heart of Palm Springs and has all the amenities you need to not leave the property. However, if you do venture off site, the nightlife of downtown Palm Springs awaits just minutes away, including the tourist attraction of the gigantic Marilyn Monroe statue.
